CANCELLATION POLICY

JJ Digital reserves the right to cancel any project under the following circumstances:


A. If the client becomes unresponsive or requests to put the project on hold, the project may be paused for up to 30 days. After this period, the project will be considered cancelled, and the client will not be eligible for a refund.


B. For website development projects, cancellations after 3 revision requests will not be eligible for a refund, and chargebacks will be considered a violation of our terms.


C. If any fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the project immediately.


REFUND POLICY

We aim for complete transparency in our service agreements. Here’s how our refund process works:


Website Development:

A. A full refund is possible only if the project has not been started within 10 working days of the initial deposit.


B. If the first draft has been delivered, the refund becomes pro-rated, deducting processing, resource, and production costs.


C. Refunds will not be entertained if:

  • The client has approved the draft or requested more than 3 revisions.

  • The client has been unresponsive for more than 10 days.

  • The client changes their mind, disagrees with a partner, or hires a third-party mid-project.

  • The work was outsourced to JJ Digital by another agency or freelancer.

  • The client has filed a dispute or chargeback without giving JJ Digital a chance to resolve the issue.

  • The request is due to reasons not directly related to the project (e.g., personal issues, strategy change).


D. Once a refund is issued, the client forfeits the right to use any content, layout, or code developed by JJ Digital. Any unauthorized use will be pursued through legal action.


Meta Ads & Social Media Marketing (3-Month Agreement):


A. These services require a minimum 90-day commitment. Refund requests can only be made after 90 days, and only if the agreed-upon KPIs were not met.


B. Clients may be eligible for:

  • A refund, OR

  • An additional 60 days of services free of charge, at JJ Digital’s discretion.


C. Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The client failed to provide ad creatives, access, or approvals in a timely manner.

  • KPIs were impacted by external business factors, poor product/service quality, or technical website issues outside our scope.

  • The client requested premature cancellation or became inactive.

  • The campaign was affected due to account restrictions, ad disapprovals, or policy violations outside our control.


DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

Any accidental or duplicate charges will be 100% refunded within 5–7 business days upon verification.

LEGAL NOTICE

All materials developed and shared by JJ Digital remain the intellectual property of the agency until the project is paid in full. Clients who receive a refund lose all usage rights to any creative assets, and unauthorized use will result in legal action.
