Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

J&J Digital reserves the right to cancel any project under the following circumstances:

A.

If the client becomes unresponsive or requests to put the project on hold, the project may be paused for up to 30 days. After this period, the project will be considered cancelled, and the client will not be eligible for a refund.

B.

For website development projects, cancellations after 3 revision requests will not be eligible for a refund, and chargebacks will be considered a violation of our terms.

C.

If any fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the project immediately.

Refund Policy

We aim for complete transparency in our service agreements. Here’s how our refund process works:

Website Development

A. A full refund is possible only if the project has not been started within 10 working days of the initial deposit.

B. If the first draft has been delivered, the refund becomes pro-rated, deducting processing, resource, and production costs.

C. Refunds will not be entertained if:

  • The client approved the draft or requested > 3 revisions.
  • The client has been unresponsive for > 10 days.
  • Client changes mind or disagrees with a partner.
  • The work was outsourced to J&J Digital by another agency.
  • Client filed a dispute/chargeback without resolution attempt.

Meta Ads & Social Media Marketing

These services require a minimum 90-day commitment.

Refund requests can only be made after 90 days, and only if the agreed-upon KPIs were not met.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Failed to provide ad creatives, access, or approvals.
  • Ad account restricted due to client-side policy violations.
  • The advertising budget was too low to generate data.
  • Technical website issues outside our scope of work.

Requesting cancellation

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
